Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy at Gallery Smoke

We respect your privacy at Gallery Smoke. Nothing on our packaging, shipping labels, boxes, etc. will indicate the contents are of smoking-relation. Our items are shipped in standard shipping boxes and the words “Gallery Smoke” will not appear on the external contents. Gallery Smoke will appear, however, on your credit card statement.

Because our products are strictly for persons 18 years or older, an adult signature may be required upon delivery. For security reasons, Gallery Smoke reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion.

Reliable shipping is of utmost importance to Gallery Smoke but we unfortunately cannot guarantee arrival times or dates. Most orders will be shipped same day if placed by 10AM. However, processing times can take up to two days. You can track your order once you receive a tracking number email.

We ship from our stores located within the United States and offer free domestic shipping for all our merchandise.

Items/packages broken during shipping will be replaced with the same item/s. Photographs and documentation of damaged packages must occur before we can issue a replacement package. Gallery Smoke must be informed of the damaged package within two days of the customer receiving the item.



Refund and Return Policy

Gallery Smoke accepts returns on all unused products. If the product has been used, we are unable to accept a return.

Items to be returned must be reported within seven days of delivery. We require a picture of the unused item before we issue a free return shipping label.

All International Purchases are final.

Take a photo of your unused item and email it to help@gallerysmoke.com- Please include a brief reason for the return and your order/invoice number.  Then, you'll receive a pre-paid label from Gallery Smoke. Once you've received your shipping label, pack up your item(s) in the original materials and box it came in. Attach the pre-paid shipping return label to the box, and leave it with your nearest post office. We cover 100% of the shiping cost!

Once we have received your return, we can perform an even exchange, provide a store credit, or reinstate the full amount to your credit card.
